The scent of rosemary is one of my all time favorites in the garden. The subtlety of pine and mint is so refreshing. I add fresh sprigs to the jug of lemonade in the Summer (and sometimes a little gin, too).
Rosemary Sea Salt is outstanding as a rub on any roast. Delicious on potatoes, delicata or acorn squash. Try tossing brussel sprouts, cauliflower or broccoli with olive oil, then dusting it with our Rosemary Sea Salt. Spread it out on a baking sheet and roasting it in the oven until it’s slightly crispy. Is your mouth watering too?
It’s delicious on lamb, chicken, beef, potatoes and in salad dressing.
