Padron peppers are a staple in Spanish tapas bars. A quick sear and blister, then tossed with sea salt, they make a delicious and fast appetizer. The taste of summer!
Are they spicy? Well, sometimes. We’ve found the larger they grow, the spicier they tend to be. However, you never know when you’re going to get a spicy one, and that heat can be as intense as a jalapeno.
This salt is great on eggs, fish, chicken, potatoes, popcorn and in salad dressing.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Padron Peppers
